Found this interesting early model slimline 2221. Looks like it is a keeper if given a little cleaning and tlc. Check it out if you like the slimline with bigsby

I used to have a guitar exactly like that, I believe it said Epiphone on the headstock. I've also seen them branded Ventura. It was decent, but not fantastic. It does not have a solid block down the center like a Gibson ES, but rather is fully hollow. Here are pictures of one with the Epi branding:
