Aren't the clear top pickups made for Univox? I don't recall ever seeing electras with clear tops. They do look cool! :D

I thought that the 'Flying Wedge' was sometime seen sporting clear tops... sometimes one, sometimes both

You are correct sir! That is a model I have never had... heck, there are tons I have never had - but it seems the ones I have seen must have already had the pickups swapped out. I'd love to have one sometime. Interesting pickups.

Univox sported those too - not sure if they were MMKs or not, but they looked the same, some with square poles too. The Univox Ripper model sometimes had 3 of them.
