:up: on the binding problem, but I could make due with the other issues. If it were 600-650 I expect there would be bidding already....heck, it may go anyway. We'll see....it's on my watch list.

A few quick thoughts:
1) That looks like a neck crack not a binding problem. If you look it goes past the binding under the nut.
2) One of the pictures shows a guitar with a tortise shell look pick guard. The others show a clear one. Are there two guitars or two set of pics and he changed the guard on one?
3) Given the above, I would not buy this unless I could look at it in person.

Also with the clear pickguard?

After a second look it appears that to take the pic of the the tortoise shell pick guard he might have just placed it top of the clear one ...........

Granted - any purchase consideration of this one would require an up close and personal review.

I had seen this one also but did not list it due to price and unknown conditions. I agree that this one is a must see in person before purchase.
