This one looks OK. Has wilkenson trem and no case but not bad looking. Price is open for haggling I would think. :look:

Do you think the body had to be routed (pronounced "ruined") for that trem to go in?

Hopefully not; I put a Wilkinson 5+1 in my X195 which was a straight bolt on fit.

I would tend to agree with corsair on this one. I think it would fit in without any modifications. May be a bit bigger than the original but I would think no routing would have been necessary to install it and you should be able to re-install the original with no trouble. As always it would be best to see it in person or with HD photos of the areas in question. Corsair has far more knowledge of the trem systems than I do so I would agree with his assesment. Looks nice otherwise. :look: :look:

Corsair is right on with the info. I have bought 2 wilkinson bridges since I talked with him about this a while back. They fit real nice. No cutting, hacking or drilling. You want the one with the steel block. Got my last one for $25.00 (new in the package) on that auction site as JD puts it.

And Sold!.... Guitar was about 7 miles from my home. No routing was needed for the trem system, but he does not have the original parts. It has some paint chips missing mostly along the bottom points, but it plays well and the fretboard looks nice.

Glad to see it found a home with a forum member. These are great playing guitars and I prefer the white(reverse) over the red as it is more comfortable fit for me. Congrats on the score and enjoy.
