If you are a phoenix lover then this one is a nice one. this is the vintage white single humbucker phoenix model with the natural maple neck. this one looks pretty good and at a good price to boot. :look:

I'll be watching this one. I dig the Charvel Model 1 look. I do have the white charvel, so maybe the wife won't notice a new one!

Sometimes they do sometimes they don't. I have 2 of the purple anniversary model phoenix guitars and I keep them both in the house at the same time but never in the same room and she has not caught on yet.Guess my luck will run out sooner or later however but maybe by then I will have a new one for her to fuss about lol

...... tick, tick, tick ..............

Time is running against you; she will eventually figure it out.

Hide all your weapons and keep them under lock and key.

I fessed up to my wife this morning about the x420 I just bought. But that was right after she told me "Happy Anniversary". Timing is everything.

That's still pretty brave. If I did that on my anniversary it would be my last anniversary. Wait... I may be onto something here. Thanks for the tip. :yeah: No wife = No hiding guitars.

Well she just got a car and I got a guitar. She won on that exchange anyway, but I hear you. My wife just pretty much knows I'm going to do it anyway and doesn't give me too hard of a time about it. The other time I did it this way was at Christmas. I pulled out the guitar and said, "Guess what I got?"

Not me this time. I would love to have scored it but :bawl: my EGAS has slowed down a bit for now. I hope a forum member scored it. I hope to be able to try one of these out at this years fest if anyone has one and can attend. It is one of the many Phoenix models that I have not gotten around to yet.

I wanted to get this one, but I was busy last night and had no time to bid. (at the last minute as usual.) I am not to broken up about it though. It had a huge chunk of paint missing, that the guy didn't show. I could see it in the photo. I like the other phoenix truss rod cover too. The one that is shaped like the head stock.
