Click on that sellers other auctions. Looks like he may be taking apart perfectly good guitars just to part them out for more money than the whole guitar is worth. That's been done with vintage Fenders for years and if that's what he's doing it's inexcusable. Destroying perfectly good guitars to make 40-or 50 more bucks is shameful. I would not buy from a seller like that even if I had been scouring the planet for a part he has for 20 years :-(

:bawl: I did not view his other auctions and missed that. thanks for the followup and good eye for catching that. I to hate to see a complete working playable guitar sold for parts. I can understand if it is a project, broken or has missing parts but I would always like to see a good axe sold in original form if it can be.

I am very sceptical about his claim they are UBC.

If they're the same p'ups as I've got in my 86 Spectrum ST, then they will absolutely blow yer socks off!

The guys says that he bought them to salvage parts for his own guitars (he has a nice Spectrum collection), to make them 100% stock. If that is true, then it isn't AS bad.

But it's still a shame... those poor dismantled guitars, they never did anything to anybody except play for them. :bawl:

Well it's always nice to see them get re-assembled again back in one piece.
