Agree...excellent deal. And you can't go wrong with that amp.

I'll be calling tomorrow. Would make a nice bookend with my Elvin and MusicMan 212-65.

Revised to - I can't buy this package. Someone here should gobble it up.

I have been unsuccessful in contacting that listing. Hopefully it is still available. Will be nice to know if it was.

Yippee!!! I finally got into contact with the seller and most likely will pick this up Friday if everything checks out. Fingers crossed and I'll let everyone know this weekend. Wish me luck. :hyper:

The seller is also throwing in "3 or 4 older stomp boxes" to use his description. Would not say what but it'll be a treat to find out. I also mistook the amp for a 65 Watt model and he corrected me... it is actually a 100!! The real bonus is that he has assured me that he takes care of his equipment and feels the whole lot is in excellent to near mint condition. Sounds too good to be true... :hyper:

I guess eating your Wheaties every morning can pay off.

The MM RD112-100 will be savagely loud - and clean too. 100 watts of tube power is enough for anywhere. I think that model will have a lo and hi power switch so you can save your tubes by playing it at a mere 50 watts. All that power through a single 12" speaker is borderline nuts. I highly recommend an extension cab - another single 12" would do the job and if you gig with it you can get really full sound by separating the extension 15 or so feet from the amp. Real nice accutronics reverb tanks in those bad boys too. That amp probably weighs about 35 lbs which is real heavy for a single 12 but it's 35 lbs of top quality goodness. For my $ these beat Fenders hands down EVERY time and for about 1/2 the price. Oh yeah, it also has switches for bright and deep and both of them actually do what they say!!

Yup I know abit about these MusicMan amps.

My wife has owned a 112 RD Fifty since new for quite a while and that clean channel is sweet and crystal clear. Nice reverb effect in the arsenal to boot.

It amazes me how many other successes Mr. Fender had after Fender which really do deserve equal praise, IMHO.

Yup, yup and yup. Seller was a super nice dance hall player who could not have been more gracious. Heading home now and will post a thread in the members section later this evening.

Easily a 9.... maybe 9.2 out of 10 on the guitar as it is.

Ice will not be messing with this one. It is going to a well respected luthier down around the West Bank neighborhood of Minneapolis for a once over and some fine setup changes.

Seeing one online cannot prepare you for an in-hand inspection. To my eyes absolutely stunning and the overall quality of the build is good as any guitar I have held.

So true, Ice.....these 410's have detail and quality of build not seen often, especially in non-custom shop guitars and 335 style offerings. I wouldn't change a thing about it except the strings.
