I don't think they are. If they are though, you're right.

Kinda figgured no myself. He states the body he pulled them from is in another listing but I could not find it... in fact this is the only auction he has going presently.

Is it possible that Electra pups are plain backed with no markings or stampings as these are?

The body he had was a walnut looking les paul shape - definitely not an Electra. I'm sure a ton of early Electra's had all sorts of different pickups in them. Maxon made most of the pickups in Japan at one time and rebranded for whoever was paying for them, but companies like Gotoh had their hand in there too. Those pickups are almost certainly pretty similar to pickups from say a Workingman model. I bet they're pretty good and reasonably powerful and very generic.
