What am I missing here?

A couple things bug me about this one. The bridge pup has been switched to the neck position - no idea what sort of hb pup is in the bridge. The hole labelled off/on drilled into the control cavity cover. I'd say some kind of amateur surgery was performed.

Without more info I'll be keeping my $200 for something else.

I agree that the unknown on off hole is a big question as to the status if the controls etc as well as the pickup issues. May end up with a birds nest for the wires.

Someone got it at the minimum $245 shipped. That's a decent price and could turn out to be a very good price if the electronics haven't been messed with too much. I hope the bridge pickup goes back where it belongs. I'm still amazed at how consistently nice the trans finishes and bursts are on all Electra's - even the so called "low end" ones. This one is no exception.
