Way over- priced, IMHO; I just paid a little less than half that for a Bendmaster Deluxe with the posts and inserts...

Really? I don't look for them but also, I hardly ever come across them. The ones I have seen are usually missing something. I know nothing about the prices but thought this one looked pretty good.

And now, back to my regularly scheduled UBC search.

This guy is finally getting the picture. This is the 3rd or 4th relist after starting this at $295 if my memory serves.. I will check in later with a cross post that I think I put up on Westone a month or so back...

$295 !!?? That's more outrageous than my BIN's !! LOL --- I'm about to list a Bendmaster Deluxe with posts, claw, springs, and non-orig arm next day or so.........can't get the darn inserts out of the body tho.........

List it here, right??

It does have the string lock, but it's missing 2 of the top parts, the middle square one, and bass side triangular one, and 2 hex screws

That shouldn't bother a Westone aficionado at all; they'll either have some spares bought when the spares man was still about, or can make 'em!! I have a foot in both camps.... As long as the threads aren't too badly munted, it'll be as good as gold!

You've tried a suitably padded claw hammer to get the inserts out???!

Wow, i can't believe a bendmaster went for $100, never seen one go that high before. Heck, i've seen Westies with Bendmasters go for less than that. I still have a spare one but its stripped in the block so someday i'll get to inserting dowels and fixing it.
