I the counter about ithappened on a X350 in a local shop while getting a powered speaker repaired. It seems to be in fair shape so I asked the young man behind the counter about it. He called his dad the owner of shop and said he was looking for $1000 but would take $600. Looking on the bay I saw some around $600. Just wanted to see 1. Fair Price? 2. Not sure I can swing it now, anyone else interested??

8) These are really nice guitars and if it is in all original condition and in working order and MPC circuits work I would think more in the $600 range on the high end depending on how nice it is etc and if it comes with case or MPC modules. The prices on the MPC models are going up it seems so if it's nice and you like it then go for it but I would start at around the $450 mark or so if it has no case or modules. Good Luck

Mortarman is right. If the guy's asking for $1000, he either dreaming or is leaving a lot of negotiating room.

Follow Mortarman's advice. Let us know the scoop, we'll help direct you if needed. If there aren't any modules included, I'd offer him $400 and negotiate up from there. Should land it in the $500's someplace.

Thanks guys, it has 2 modules in it and he said they work but the guitar has scrapes and chips on the neck, the neck is straight and has typical great action of the Electras. I go pick up my speaker in 2 days so I will check it out some more. He said he would take $600 but now hearing you all I am glad I didn't panic buy!!!

That's more in focus. I would assume the MPC modules will most likely be the standard issue with most MPC models ie Power Overdrive and Phase Shifter. If you find others instead that can drive the price up. Treble/Bass expander, Compressor, and Flanger seem to bring more than the standard issue ones.Good Luck. Arthur aka mortarman120gang11c
