I'm currently selling this x810 since I need some cash for home repairs...

This thing is in outstanding condition, the finish is glossy and nearly unblemished. Neck is straight action perfect, and comes with 2 working modules (Power OD and Phase) all electronics work perfectly and appear completely stock. This guitar is a true work of art.

I will admit there is a chip in the top laminate by one of the tuners (probably from tuner being tightened down as I see it on many of these guitars), there is the usual scratching under the access panel clasp (not visible unless opening panel) and clear pickguard is cracked (black cloth tape currently covering crack).
That said, I'd still rate it 9/10 without any hesitation!

If anyone is looking for a genuine near-mint x810 with a couple modules for a very reasonable price, this is the one. A new pickguard and most people will think this thing is a couple of months old!

I did just realize that the saddles were re-slotted to compensate for the bridge being factory mounted about an 1/8" to far toward the high "E" side. It definitely doesn't affect intonation or playability but should be mentioned and has been added to the description of Ebay listing. Still one of the nicer 810's I've seen in quite a while. Most likely adjusted by SLM during final inspection/setup 30 years ago.
