Unfortunately that one has been painted. That is not a factory color. It does have a cheaper price for one of these active electronics basses. Hopefully the active electronics work.

Yeah, I saw the re-paint and the screw mod on the pick guard. Apart from the missing knob, looks like it would be an easy one to refinish to natural and the natural wood on the ones I've seen tends to have some killer looking grain.

The interesting thing about the electronics, I've found that the 18 active circuit is the same on the Westone Thunder 1A and the 2 Vantage VA900B's I have and upon initial inspection of my X640, seems to be the same here. I'm working (slowly) on making some of these circuits. I've already made 3 low battery indicator circuits for the VA900B's and have all the parts to start building the active circuits.

I'll post something on the active circuit build when I get one finished.
