What people think is cool is obviously relative - but I think this is a really neat bass. Of course they want way too much for it. Also, it is highly bastardized. But the bartoloni and the EMG probably are good mods. A baddass bridge is usually a good thing. I have never seen one of these with a Vine inlay, so it was added, or could be a prototype (but given the other mods I'd lean toward a mod).

But no trace of MPC electronics remain :bawl: I am sure the active electronics and the MPC could have co-existed. I could have pulled it off :D (which is code for I'd be stupid enough to attempt that if I owned it).

Of course the asking price is stupid too. But you can make an offer. I don't think I'd offer a third of that.

That bass has a really different look; to bad about the electronics - and that neck with all those divots .............

I didn't look at all the pics - yeah they really banged it up in several places

Still here too!
I hate when people hack nice things up....I got a BC rich one time that a guy sanded the neck to a different profile and hacked up the headstock....ended up being a neckthrough worth about 2 grand if it werent messed up....
