Rob...glad to see another has been bitten by the Electra bug. How about editing your above remark to PRO. That just ain't a good thing.

I believe he was requesting that you edit the post to remove th GD comment to Pro Endorser. Glad to see another Electra lover here in the Forums and glad that you are excited and enthused about the brand but no need to GD anyone here. Those are great videos by the way Pro. thanks for all the work you do to promote better understanding of these little known beauties that we all love so much.

What did I miss? Any good name calling? I'm certain I've been called worse! The Videos have been fun to put together and hope that they can entertain as well as promote this cool and abundant line of guitars.

There are a bunch of Phoenix's that have the H/S/H pickup configuration, and a Dynasty needing a little help just sold for around $200 on eBay. These guitars have been overlooked for years (decades?) as being just another pointy guitar, but are truly a pleasure to play and a lot more versatile than they are typically given credit for. I've seen Dynasty's sell in the $100-$150 range for years, and Redeye picked up that almost NOS one really REALLY reasonably earlier this year.

Have to just wait for an Endorser, they are out there, and tend to come available in bunches it seems, months of drought, then three will pop up at the same time, go figure. Patience will be rewarded. I paid under $500 for all three of mine a few years ago, I suspect those days are gone however.

The Jacaranda's are out there, unless you're talking about the prototype, which as the name implies is a one of a kind (I almost hate to use that term, but I think it actually applies to that one). I probably wont hold onto it forever, but its a fun (and pretty) little guitar that I'm having a blast with. After this weeks Forum for-sale-make-offer debacle though, I'll have to think long and hard before I offer her up. You would be the fourth Forum member to express interest in it Rob and I care too much about you guys to get into a stupid offer/bidding scenario like we just witnessed with the X910 explorer. Why don't you come out to ElectraFest 2011 and you can play it all weekend for free!!!

Again, not sure what was said, and I've got a pretty thick skin, so all is well here. Here's to a prosperous new year gents. Cheers, Mike.

P.S. there is a price thread in the members area that has years of past selling info for your research Rob.

X935cs located on CraigsList:

http://chicago.craigslist.org/sox/msg/2140939765.html

Kind of pricey, and has had the pickups swapped out (contact seller to see if coiltap and phase push/pulls still work...), but I know you were looking for one. Enjoy, Mike.

After 25 years, I wouldn't hold my breath on the original pickups still being on hand, although they do pop up on eBay, in fact I think there are a few on there currently. Typically go for $40-$50 each. The bridge pickup has four conductors, the neck three conductors. Good luck, Mike.
