I had one of these last year (awesome guitar) and had the frets done but hard times forced me to sell, luckily, I have been busy lately but these are hard to find and ones on ebay have went up so much!, I paid 375.00 + frets 1-12 replaced 165.00, but now on CL and Ebay these are in the 600-1000.00 range, unfortunately there was one on ebay that just went for like 200.00 but I was working and got home 10 minutes too late and another just like mine that has been on for awhile at 625.00 that I may have to break down and buy. I have since acquired a 1977 Ibanez Black Beauty and a Univox. The Univox sucks but the Ibanez while sounding and playing great has the laminate top that is hollow underneath whereas the Electra was solid and quite a bit heavier, so anyone looking to sell one of these ( the goldtop) please let me know, peace, Mike.

If you guys are wondering what's goin on here....I'm freshening up my dually. I rebuilt the ole 454 and trans (new converter), added long tube headers, flowmaster duals, new Ultra wheels and michelins, replaced the dash (I don't want to EVER do that again), new paint.....and now I'm working on the rest of the interior.

mikes66 - I'd say the knobs are changed and probably the pickups too - but overall pretty solid and VERY pricey - I'd send those guys an offer.
