It's likely that standard aftermarket (or even Gibson) parts may fit. First I'd trace the outline of where teh cover goes and take it to your local music store that carries Gibson parts and see if a Gibson replacement will fit. If not, you can always make a new back cover yourself out a piece of pickguard material (basically sheet plastic).

When you say 'bridge riser', I'm thinking you mean the saddle? That's the little wedge piece each string rests on at the bridge- if not, the only other part I can think that would make the strings buzz on the frets would be the screw that holds up the bridge piece.

Replacement knobs you can find pretty easily, but one thing you should knowis that there's a big difference between Gibson or US-style knobs and
imported knobs- the US knobs have fine splines and the import knobs have coarser splines and you can't really interchange them. (most people, including music store employees who should know better, don't know this) It's pretty hard to tell the difference unless you look really closely, so my advice would be to go with Allparts knobs, they should fit your imported pot shafts:

Yep, those are string saddles. You can get these replacement parts at parts dealers like Stew-Mac:

note that most likely you'll need to replace the screw as well as the saddle (looks like the screw is gone anyway too). Most likely this will fit your bridge, but it's possible it won't- although for 10$ for the whole set it's not a bad gamble. Still, another possibility is to check with your local old-fashioned guitar shop and see if any of them have just a single saddle and screw for you. The thing to say (because nobody knows Electra) is that it's an import- or you could say 'Ibanez style' which amounts to the same thing. Most likely that's not important because these are copies of Gibson bridges and so most likely Gibson repro parts will fit.

Worst case scenario, if you can't find a saddle that fits, is to replace the whole bridge, in which case the critical dimensions are the spacing between the two post holes and the size of the holes. But I'm guessing it won't come to this.

I wish I had an extra bridge for parts to offer, but this should get you back & running. Let us know how it goes!
