Condition not terribly important. Trying to complete my collection of slab bodied one and a half cutaways.

I will keep my :look: :look: :look: :look: :look: open for one. I only have the one X260N or I would help you out. They do show up from time to time and usually more than one in a short time together. Good hunting.

Yeah, I've picked up 5 of the 7, top row X250, X260, X270 Bottom Row X290, X280. The Blond would really round out the group, but then there's the X960 Ultima too... Cheers, Mike.

Thanks to Mortarman for finding me a nice example in NYC. Looks clean and comes with an Electra Rectangular case. Paid for and should show up sometime this week. Can't wait. This completes the X200 series for me (non omegas that is...). No small feat. Look for a video, pictorial eventually. Cheers, Mike.

Wow - That's great. I think that's my favorite series of Electra's overall though I must admit to never holding any X260 in my hands. What's next? I'd like to someday get the X700 series. They seem to have dried up lately - on ebay anyway.

He Shoots, He Scores!! Complete with well used, but definitely original Rectangular Case:

Again, thanks to Arthur for tracking this one down, It completes the group. The one on eBay currently might be a little bit cleaner, but I'm not sure I'd fork out $200 more than I paid for this one. This guitar is almost completely different from the ground up from the X260 walnut, another bow to the plentiful, and tasteful, variations Electra offered:

8) 8) Very nice indeed. I have the same case and they are very sturdy but also lightweight. This one looks pretty clean to me from the photos. Glad to help, always want to see an Electra find a good home. Your collection looks great  yhe X260N has a personality all it's own compared to the others. I guess it must be the Ash body but mine has a great tone and resonance even unplugged. Lightweight but plays like a dream and the intonation is awesome on these models. Enjoy it and will be looking and listening for the video. Arthur

I have three of the five active models, so I may go after those eventually. I'm missing the X640 Bass (which comes up fairly regularly) and the X160 Phoenix (which I've only seen once in three years of paying attention).

Place is called 'Rock Star Rentals' in Albertson, NY. I would have never found it without Arthurs' help.

I can't recommend the X640 (version 1) enough, it provides my favorite bass tone and is what I'll record with. Congrats on getting that beautiful blonde!

They have an awesome arsenal of guitars most are used as rentals but I was fortunate to find the X260N up for sale. He has many Electra models as well. Here is the link to his site http://www.rockstarrental.org/index.php ... tra+guitar
