Gibson Bill Kelliher of Mastodon "Golden Axe" Explorer Giveaway

Just register your email and that’s it –

Not much on this kind of music – but the guitar is unique and I wouldn’t mind having one.

Alas I love a good explorer style as well. One day I will score that X910 MPC but this one would be a good stand in until that time.

I prefer Mastedon to Mastodon -

You might remember the band as the late 80s version of Kansas - at least some of the members... They put out 3 LPs back then, and they all kicked.

Anybody remember them? I doubt it, but they ROCKED. John and Dino Elefante became big time record producers. Wow, they just did another album in 2010, so I downloaded it on Itunes - listed under John Elefante & Mastedon - Revolution of Mind. It is MINE.

On the explorer note, I always wanted one until I got one! It felt like you had to reach for the neck and I didn't play it enough to get used to it. I love the look of one. I even had an Explorer pin in high school (remember those little guitar pins they made back then, they were cool - couldn't afford the guitar but I had the pin. Man I was a dork :-?
