Hey even with all the drool worthy stuff here I have kept temptation at bay. That is if you don't include trades. I am talking to a guy about an old aria tele. It looks a lot like the Electra's with a top mounted bridge. Get well soon JD and if I get it I will bring it to Electrafest for you to try.

Hey JD,
I got faith you'll be back to 100% in a month or so,had a relative with the same condition-had the episode twice I think,both times he was back to his givin' ya a hard time self in a month or less with no noticeable side effects.
Life is full of little surprises,best we can do is step on the gas or dime the amp!
Take it easy and get better,sounds like the wife is one of the good ones-should be a piece of cake for ya :up:
Joe :oops:

JD -

Have been away from the 'net a few days and just read this;

Hope you get through it - I'm also 60 now and this is the first time I've heard of this one;

I'll know what it is if it sneaks up on me!

Our prayers are with you for a quick recovery - keep the faith.

My mother's hubby has had bouts of bells palsey and has had to change his diet a bit to keep it at bay, but he has recovered very well in every case, so I have faith that you will as well JD.

Here's hoping for a speedy recovery. :up:

I pray that your recovery is speedy and complete. That's the good thing... recovery. I've had two friends with Bell's and both recovered without any leftover impairments.

I know you'll take solace in the good things which make up most of your life. ;-)

Happy Birthday to YOU! :up: Glad to hear you're almost back to 100% - no small feat when you get to be an elder statesman. Not saying you are - just saying. You're only as old as you act. :)
