A young woman was abducted from her home yesterday morning just prior to going to the local college. Parsons is a small town in a county of around 12 thousand. There have been between two and three hundred people searching the area right now. I baby sat the two generators for the local emergency management through the night last night. The FBI, TBI, and Homeland Security are involved with the investigation. This just doesn't happen here. The girl is cousin to country music singer Whitney Duncan. I know Holly's folks from way back. It's always sad to hear of these type events and even worse when it happens close to home. I will add her and her family to my prayer list. Hope all turns out well there. Good Luck with the earch. |
