If so why don't you pm him to seal the deal? If you won't ship to Michigan I am going to assume Minnesota is out of the question. Then again I will not (nor will anyone else here, I'm thinking) step on Mike's toes after the efforts he has put forth to this point to work with you.

Thanks for the concern Iceman. I am not the one that Mike originally dealt with, but it is the same guitar. I have been in touch with Mike and he seem to be a very fine gentleman. That is good news Anthony and I appreciate hearing of your willingness to ship. Can you give us more information on the guitar's ownership history, please? My interpretation of your reply leads me to believe you are not the original owner, and I apologize if I have jumped to that conclusion.

As you are willing to accept the best offer, then chances are that you already have found your buyer in Michigan. Mike knows more about this brand and the valuations of the different lines than most of us around here. As he stated in the post I linked above, he has made a record offer for that particular Phoenix model and you can rest assured that means it is a better than reasonable offer given it's condition and the production count.

I'm not saying that a whale isn't out there that might top Mike's offer for whatever reason, just that your chances of finding a better offer here may be quite slim.

Good luck with your sale. I for one am hoping you and Mike can come to an agreement on it.
