Guys I have an x420 for sale. It pains me to sell it but there are a couple reasons I'm going to. The first is that I don't play it enough and it just hangs on my wall for the most part. The second is that I could use the money. I have posted pictures below. Someone can either pick this up in Nashville or I can ship it. The problem with shipping is that I do not have a hard case for it and I would suggest someone send me theirs so I can send it back with this shiny x420 inside. The electronics have not been tampered with. It has a good setup on it and plays as it should. There are few very, very small nicks in the guitar. I would not say it is mint, but it is far above "player grade" with no buckle rash. This guitar has been well taken care of through the years. I would rather this go to someone here but I will be putting this on the 'bay if I can't find a buyer.

I've had a couple of PMs regarding price which I didn't include. I've given this some thought and will sell this to a forum member for what I have into it, $550. If not, it will go on Ebay where I can hopefully get more.

I'd say $550 is a heck of a deal - wish I had some cash to play around with....

Just want to report yet another smooth transaction that originated in the Forum. It's a very nice example of a Custom Pro, and I'm currently doing a side be side comparison with my Maple Pro. Its sort of surprising how many differences there are, though the Maple is a '76 model at the oldest and the Custom is a '81.

Thanks again to sandspur, a great guy. It was nice to meet another Forum member here in Middle Tennessee, and a fine example of the cooperative spirit here. :-)

Thanks Metesky. I'm glad it went to a good home where it will be played often.
