I've got an X120 and 7 modules for sale-see if there is any interest here before ebay, need to get some cash up quick. I love the guitar,I have just never bonded with the MPC thing-kinda a purist when it comes to playing. Guitar has some gouges and chips, etc. but looks great from a foot away. I'll post a pic soon,PM if any interest
Joe

That's quite the package with all those modules, and the case! The modules could be worth more than the guitar on eBay. Something about these Leslie Wests must drive owners to banging them around. Good luck, somebody is going to get a nice collection there.

Keep the guitar - sell the modules. You can always get more modules - but the Leslie's are pretty hard to come by..... That's my $.02

Listen to jead, Joe... he makes a good point. Were those bursts a common finish in a Leslie?

Got your dough together for the Dynasty. Will paypal you tomorrow on it. Hold that Leslie if at all possible.

Well, I think Jead an' Ice are correct-I REALLY like this guitar, wants to play itself and I love the necks on these. I think 5 of the modules will be sold to one of our own highly esteemed, venerated and prolific collectors-give ya three guess's   Ice,I've only seen the X120's in this finish-pretty sure it was the only one offered-the fade from the tobacco brown edges to the reddish amber at center, coupled with the mahogany is gorgeous-again,one of my favorites. As Proendorser said, these seem to get undue abuse-built well, just not appreciated by the unwashed masses :D
Now we have to come up with one of those Hollywood combined couples names for you and Jead- Jeice?Icad?Ice-ead?Jead-I?
Joe

I think that since Iceman is Steve and Jead is Jay it should be Stay!

I think the question about the finish is due to the lighting in your photos, the finish ends up looking redder, almost cherry sunburst-like in your pics Joe. I believe it was only available in one finish, and it ends up being a pretty unique looking brown in the Electra product line. The Mahogany may have a lot to do with it being one of my favorite looking Electras. Unique body shape, no heal neck joint, simple three way selector switch, MPC onboard if you want it... whats not to love!!! A single coil switch and separate volumes would be my only changes. I may have to unearth my Leslie this weekend and take it for a spin. Cheers!

I've only seen them in the one finish. Like stated they do seem to always be in somewhat abused condition body-wise. Mine had a fairly decent sized hunk sliced off the upper part of the lower bout - not horrible - and since rather amateurishly repaired by yours truly. As far as an actual guitar - it's about as unique an Electra as you'll find. MPC is nice to have as an option but by no means does the guitar need it to set it apart. Now I'm thinking maybe a push/pull or two to tap the coils might be a nice add-on feature. Anyway hang onto that bad boy!
