I originally bought this guitar for $400 off a guy here in Cincy. It had a busted tuner so I opted to install new gold locking Grovers. The bridge was severely corroded so I replaced the bridge and tailpiece as well. I also replaced the nut with an Earvana nut which I have now done to my Outlaw as well (Earvana's are a great product). However, I still have the brass nut if you want to put it back on. It currently needs a new jack which randomly snapped off not that long ago. Everything works as it should (including MPC elements). It has no issues playing-wise. A solid player for sure. Coil tap switch on this model. Comes with an Octave module and the Phaser module. It will also include the original case. I am asking what I originally paid for it. $400. I would rather not throw it on Ebay until I have to. I prefer paypal.

4 bills with the original case and two modules sure sounds like a steal! Someone should scoop this up, speaking as a unpaid 'endorser'... Mike.

Agreed - if I had $400 available this would be mine already.

I third that....excellent deal for that set. I've had two of these babies and they are smokin guitars.....performance wise as well as appearance. I bet that coil tap is nice.

Is a coiltap stock on that model Vulcan? Over on the archive page there are two x950's shown, one with and one sans a coiltap switch.

But crikey that is a nice deal on a sweet guit!! I can chip in 2 bills and go halvsies on it with you Jead.

Seriously...

It seems that some of the production models did indeed have the coil tap switch as the one I have also has it and they were from the looks of it stock or maybe an option when ordered. Great lookers and players as well. I really love the necks on the Vulcan models. I agree that this is a great price for this one with the case and 2 MPC modules. If I were not tryin to curb my doubles I would grab this one. Good Luck and someone will be happy. Hope it finds a new home here in the forums. Arthur aka mortarman120gang11c

I can't remember what my friend who does all my guitar work did or even what he ordered but I do know he had to do some slight alteration to the guitar to make it fit right. Sorry I can't give you a better answer.

is there a bridge and tailpiece that will fit an x320 without altering the guitar... the Gotoh's that i have don't even come close to fitting...

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Ed
