Hi I picked up an Electra MPC X-320 last night from a friend to sell for him on CL or eBay. I have been a bass player for 30 years and was un-familiar with Electra so got on google this morning and started researching the guitar. Its been in his basement since 1982 and looks like new, some minor dings, and scratches, but for a 35 year old guitar man I would rate it a 9.5, in the original hard shell case you would spend 150.00 for today, also mint. Anyway buying new strings, cleaning, and setting it up this afternoon, and installed a new battery in it. I pulled the strings and started the cleaning, and thought at first it was just another cheap Les Paul knock-off and was impressed with how well its made, and the quality of the parts, and workmanship. Then I found the Electra forum and am now thinking this will someday be a very valuable guitar when the knuckleheads figure it out. Congrats to you guys who have known this all along. I need some idea on how to price it. Its got the MPC-1 phase shift module, and the MPC-4 wah (which i have read is almost worthless?) and these have not been checked out yet, but knowing the history and overall condition this guitar is in almost new condition. Please feel free to call if you can tell me what its worth or interested in its purchasing it; I'm thinking top dollar around 650.00? So as you can see the prices fluxuate from month to month. If it is in good shape with OHSC and 2 modules then that should help a bit. Hope this helps.
