Mornin fellow Electrans. I've been lookin a 710 for a little while now and haven't had much luck so far. I saw the one on eBay recently and made an offer but was turned down...so I thought I'd give this a shot. I'm offering to swap one of my 950s with OHSC for a 710 with case if anyone is interested.

This 950 has non-original pups (SD Performers) installed and some drop damage visible from the rear. Everything is straight and true, great action, and beautiful grain in the burst....and it sounds dang good.

This 950 has now gone to a new owner. :up:

So the X710 is the stained (no sunburst) Outlaw version, right? I've always had a soft spot for the X740 which is the seldom seen Maple/Walnut laminated version:

Hey endorser...that's the one I made the offer on. I offered 5 bills shipped to eastern NC and he wouldn't go on it. Of course, I made the offer when he had it listed for 650 I think it was. Anyway, I blew this weeks wad on a 70's Ibanez Firebird copy. Here's a pic:
