Just a heads up - I picked up a 1976 X220 Omega today that is very near mint -- NO fret wear, the only sign of play wear I find is some very light scratches on the neck pickup chrome -- it has a couple of light scratches on lower bass side, and a couple of finish chips by the switch cavity cover -- it really is very close to NOS, I'm amazed -- oh, and the case looks new !! I'm on the road and my camera battery died so I can't post pics or list it tonight ----also picked up an X330 - it's been an Electra day !!

This sort of stuff makes you feel really good about a road trip. When I'm off somewhere, I like to check around myself. Brought back many guitars from road trips....even vacations, which the wife seems to tolerate pretty well.

I hope EGAS is happening !! Y'all know I'm gonna sell em, my job is "guitar rescue" !!! I'll have the Omega and MPC both listed on the bay shortly - the X220 really is super clean - and the MPC isn't bad and could be had pretty reasonably !! (some of you know by now not to be scared of my BIN's - that's for the collectors overseas that have money LOL) - oh, darn, I forgot, the X220 has one flaw - it's missing the pickguard - I'm tempted to pull the guard off the MPC - but then I can't say "all original" !!

If you have a guard to use as a model they are not hard to make.
