Everything I find on the net points to Matsumoku, any info ?? Of course, if any forum member is interested, I can go quite a bit lower -- wish I could afford to keep it, but I got laid off 3 months ago and my only income now is from guitar rescue !!

Nice guitar and I would think from the pics it does look like a Matt build. Good Luck with the auction and the job situation. He has quality guitars and is a pleasure to deal with. I have purchased several guitars from him and he is great to deal with. Arthur

Yup, and I would only echo Arthur's sentiments. I also have purchased through Dave in the past and highly recommend him. One of my top three experiences with ebay sellers, he is a real pro.

I was ready to jump on this, but the amount I had budgeted to it is going to end up going to a neck reset on my wife's very first guitar which she still has and loves.

If I didn't have other irons in the fire, so to speak, this Hondo most likely would no longer be available. Hope someone here can take up my slack.
