Yet another be-yoo-tee-ful guitar from my dwindling collection. No issues - great shape. The gold hardware is firly worn but not pitted. Y'all know the skinny on these - It just doesn't get much better than this in Electra-land. $999 with pictured good but not perfect condition case gets it shipped to your door.

Yup! It's a bummer. My daughter turns 18 next week and I wanted to help her out with a car so nearly all my liquid assets went to that. I love my guitars but I love my daughter more. It's a tightrope act sometimes and I have a tendency to be selfish as well. I believe that it's best for ME to remember where my priorities should be.

Enough philosophizing - Quick - someone buy this beauty before an unexpected stroke of good luck allows me to keep it. :)

Sure is purdy J! I wish that I could slip that past the wife but it will be another day. Good luck with the sale.

So naturally, because I am who I am, The '99 Jetta I got for my daughter is already in the shop (less than 48 hours - might be a new record for me). The radiator sprung a leak up near the upper hose throat and it's really not in a repairable area. The radiator itself isn't that much but the labor to put it in is ridiculous. Standing on the side of I-80 in the rain and watchinhg the radiator spew fluid was not my plan for yesterday morning. I was able to to tweak it enough to limp the car into the shop with only 4 stops to let it cool down and refill the reservoir. That saved me what would have been a brutal towing charge.

SOMEONE BUY THIS GUITAR - QUICK !!!

I just might Cudamax Here the new guy and lucky for u just got my taste of a few old Electras and Im interested. Tell me a few things first. I just got a Black Custom Pro and I really love the thing but a few Issues besides the replaced 2 vol pots and pickups and nut. The neck is too darn Skinny and the neck joint seems a little unstable. It came with 11-52s which is nice on a Semi-Holly Body but the neck jiont cant handle it and with the darn too Skinny neck 9-42 is much much better and I dont know if these are know for this or if its just the way it is with these.

First does urs have all the original Electronics?

Did that one come with a bone nut/ is it the original nut

Its does have a full center block right

Is the neck a 1 11/16 nut size Im hoping

and can it handle heavy gauge strings without pulling it into a bad overbow and rasing the string height?

Whats with the Clear pickgaurd

How would we do a transaction that would protect both of us

Will u take any less than u were asking

First - Nice start with the Outlaw and Maple Pro. I imagine you were pleasantly surprised to find Electra is such a gigh quality brand. On the X410 I haven't changed or added anything. I don't recall that I even did a setup on it. It was one of the rare guitars that I didn't have to do anything to. AFAIK everything on it and in it is stock.

I believe all the electronics and the nut are original. The nut width is 1-47/64 - a strange ( and quick) measurement with my calipers but I guess it's due to the neck binding - and I have had 11-52 strings on it consistently since I've had it with no issues whatsoever. I'd bet the farm it has a full center block but I don't have an inspection mirror to confirm. As for the pickguard, I've seen X410's with both black and clear pickguards ( as well as quite a few other Electra models). The PG is something of a bonus since a lot of people removed them to show off the wood and subsequntly lost them. Anyway I assure you it's original too.

As far as transaction we could work it out through PM. I think my reputation is good here and I would guarantee your satisfaction. I have to stand firm on the price.
