I just re-listed my rebuilt 2259. If it doesn't sell in the next 7 days, I'll keep it. :) It's a real nice sounding and good playing axe - I'm just not playing it much - probably because it's a tad narrow at the nut for my clumsy hands - and I want to fund some amp cabinet projects.
Forum members can get it delivered to their door with the locking HSC for the paltry and arbitrary sum of a mere $437.50.

Very nice jead! For some reason I never could understand the SG is the one major body style I could not get into... and I have zero explanation for why.

Good luck with your auction, but then again I hope it doesn't sell as well, unless to someone here.

Do you think that your total description of the refinish is turning people away from the auction? They might not realize how good it looks and sounds and plays if they can't get past the job you did? I did not think that you are asking too much or anything, but it seems like you have had it up for a while. Has there been any interest yet?

Maybe so - another friend says the same as you. I don't want anyone to be surprised so I might have gone into too much detail. It won't break my heart to hold onto it. It has been up 5 or 6 weeks and I get plenty of views and 15% or so watchers - a couple questions last time around. No one is willing to pull the trigger though. In my mind the starting price is good and I really would have a hard time letting it go for that number but I hoped it would at least get the ball rolling.... We'll see....
Thanks
