i'm thinking about selling my electra flyin wedge v. its in all original condition except for the vol and tone knobs that have been replaced with silver dome knobs. it has a hard case that i believe is the original case but there is no logo on it. anyone have an idea about what i should ask for it? any info wll be appreciated thanks

Welcome David. Do you have pictures that you could post of your guitar? That would go a long way towards being able to give you an honest and realistic assessment of it's probable value and what a fair price to expect for it might be.

Welcome to the Forum. You can check the sales spreadsheet to see historical sales. The last Wedge I noticed on eBay was pretty beat up, had changed parts (oh and had been rattle-can painted black) went for almost $400... I can guarantee you'd get bids if you listed it on eBay. Posts those pics if you get them Ice, and good luck.

David got back to me and he already has traded his 2236 away after only 30 minutes on Craigslist. He also has an "Electra Les Paul" he may get me pictures of to post as it appears he may be moving that as well.

I figured it would go quick, but 30 minutes, yikes! I still get people messaging me from my Wedge Video asking if I want to sell, so there is definitely a market for these bolt-neck wedgies... (atomic wedgies)

I'm glad it went to a good home and we were both happy with the deal. The only bad thing is my other guitars will be collecting dust
