I have the next few weeks off, and have time to package and ship the following Vintage Guitars. For your consideration:

Image
Westone Spectrum FX, Scooped Heal, set neck, top of the line with the Candy Red w/ Black Stripe Treatment. I have a super clean pearl white version, and can't justify the pair right now. This one has more than it's share of gashes and love bites, the flash photo here brings out the worst, but the Candy Red still looks nice with almost a pearly look to it in person. Needs a set of period correct knobs, and some of the locking nut pieces are not original (the string locks do work), everything else is stock! All electronics work as they should, which is no small feat considering its almost 30 years old. Missing the bar, I have used one with it though, and it held its tuning well. Bought this one without a case, but I'll supply a gig bag if buyer wants. These are pushing 4 bills in good shape, I'll let this one go for $225 shipped to the lower 48.

Electra Strat copy, not sure if SLM or PCM to be frank. Has a rattle can paint job, and the pickups are not all the same. The Neck and Center pickups sound really good, and was the reason I bought this on a whim. Bargain Basement priced, this week only, shipped with the neck off for $145.

Very early 2248 Tele, serial Number 0049!! Just a couple of chips, really nice example actually. Completely stock, down to the leaf truss rod and 'Ashtray' Bridge covers. Watch the video for it's playability. I think this is a nice collector piece, one of the first 50 they tagged from 1972, but I find myself playing my beat up 2270 thinline more often. Shipped in a Nice Tweed case (probably worth $75 on its own) for $425.

Ok, it's not an Electra, but here is a very fine Japanese made guitar, first of the Japanese made Charvels, 1986 Model 2 with the ridiculously rare Factory Installed Shadow Midi bridge (each saddle has its own pickup). I corresponded with a former IMC rep, and he didn't think that more than ten Charvels were ever outfitted this way. Super rare, with an obscenely nice USA wound and waxed Jackson pickup. I've had this girl for over two decades, and don't mind holding on to it for another. Shipped in a Tweed Rectangular case for $550.

Would entertain trades, my short want list is:
2259 Double Solid SG, later build preferred, stop tail conversion ok, not picky about condition
X420vs, Semi Hollow Custom Pro in Vintage Sunburst with Push/Pull option, not picky about condition
Would consider a light weight X110 Rock Strad

More photos and info available to interested buyers, other guitars available to really interested buyers! Cheers, Mike.

FX is Sold!

Feel free to contact me about the other three guitars, questions always welcome. I have a reputation for being thorough and honest, often selling guitars under value because I hate eBay so much. I also pride myself on over packing stuff. Can throw in a package of strings with any one to sweeten the deal.

I have a few other rarer models I'm thinking about selling, contact me if you're curiosity is peaked...

Almost back to work... Beuhler? Anyone?

May have to put the Strat on Mr. Bobo's Table. (obscure Cheers reference)
