 Post subject: MPC low battery symptoms

I'm new to MPC's and modules and such- what are the symptoms of a low 9v battery? ALso, it appears my X910 was wired so that one battery powers both modules- is this normal? It looks like the body is routed for two batteries.

All the MPC's are routed for 2 9V batteries; one cavity for the 9V that is actually used and one cavity for your spare 9V.

the modules will become intermittent, then there's be no volume at all when the battery gets low enough.....

the input jack is a stereo one, and controls the power from the battery. you always need to keep your mpc unplugged when not in use, or it'll run the battery down... (went through 3 batteries in short order, before finding the info here...)

you could always wire in a mini-toggle to control the power so you could leave it plugged in.....
