that was my auction. i listed it that way full well knowing what would happen.
i actually followed all ebay's rules and made no reference to the bass being a copy of a rick or model numbers or anything. the bass has a rick pickup in the neck position and in the name of full disclosure (and trying to get under rick's skin) i advertised the bass truthfully.
the fact of the matter is that rick are a bunch of pansies that are afraid of contacting the seller directly because they know if a lawsuit ever went to court that they would lose.
at any rate - it's up for sale over at talkbass and if someone here wants it i'll give you a bit of a discount ( being fellow electra lovers and all :))
