Good day everyone, I have an Electra Dynasty in red. I believe it is a 1983 model because it only has Electra on the headstock not Electra/Westone. I am not the original owner of the guitar so I don't know what kind of mods were done on it. It has a Washburn Wonderbar tremolo on it. Did these come stock with this tremolo? I have done a little research on the Wonderbar and it looks like it is a rare beast. Also,
how much did these guitars go for when new? How much can I get for it today? It's in great shape with a couple of minor dings....Thanks

I don't know whati t's worth, but you'd be in good sense not to sell it.
And no, they did not come with the Dynasty, they aren't connected to Washburn.
The original is a TekGlide I believe....

Thanks BeatenPhoenix!!! Now that I look at the brochure on this website, I can see that it is a totally different tremolo. The wonderbar is a lot more chunkier then the stock tremolo. It stays in tune really good and makes string changes pretty easy. I will try to post some pictures of it soon......Cheers...

Probably better with a WonderBar as the TekGlides (I think) were an in-house brand and I don't recall ever seeing them on a different make of guitar.
For originality, I'd say the Tekglide wins, but for sheer usage you probably got a win/win on that dynasty.
