You know, I was just going to post a topic asking to see if anyone ever found an Electra P-Bass.
You have every right to " :hyper: ".
Probably a PCM as we never saw it in any literature, and the logo type here lines up with their products more often than not.
GREAT score.
:D
If you EVER (yeah right) want to sell it, contact me first, I'd be overjoyed to have it.
BTW here's my non-copy Fender P-Bass.

P.S the blue Nintendo DS isn't mine, mine is red.
:P

Thanx! Pacific Coast Music, eh? Cool.
This one is a keeper. Don't think I'll be getting rid of it. I'm a guitar player, primarily, but do play bass too. I have an Aria Pro II Cat bass and an Ibanez bass. I think the Aria is about to go on Ebay. This Electra is taking it's spot. Seems to be a pretty well made guitar. I like the way it plays. I've actually owned a Fender Jazz Bass in the past, and I gotta say this P copy gives it a run for it's money!
Got really lucky finding it. I was in a Pawn shop in Richmond, VA checking out their guitars. They had about 15 total. Started talking with the owner's son, and he mentioned that they had more in the back, just no room to put them out.....then he asked if I wanted to see them. Uhhhhh.....hell yea! Never know what kind of treasures you might come accross. Back in the corner of what looked like a garage, was about 20 guitars just thrown up against each other. What a mess! :-? They were all without cases except one....you guessed it! The corner was damp, with a concrete floor, and it was obvious water got in occasionally....some of the guitars had water damage. The Electra made out OK, but the bottom of the case took some damage. The bass had a musty smell to it for about 2 days, but it's fine now. I also bought an old Aria acoustic that was in the stack for $60 - It escaped the water, but had a few nicks/scratches from other guitars laying on it.

Hey, can you do me a favor?
Would you go back and maybe try and compile a list of the garage-guitars?
I go to VA every now and then and it'd be nice to "accidentally" find the gems of the back room....
Don't care about minor damage, dings, etc so long as the guitar/bass isn't cracked in the neck/body.
Or you can just tell me the name of the place and I'll go look for myself. :D

Superior Outlet & Pawn Shop
3628 Jefferson Davis Hwy

Doubt if you find anything good there right now....I think I cleaned them out for now 8) Nothing left but the standard Pawn Shop guitars like Squires and Johnsons and Ibanez Gio stuff. They did have a Cortez dreadnaught hanging on the wall, however. I already have a J-6000, though, and it didn't feel as good as mine, so I left it. Think they were asking around $300 for it.
I don't go to Richmond much. When I do go to a new place, I like to browse a Pawn Shop or two if I have some free time. I'm going to GA and SC next week.....gotta make some time......

I'd go for the Squiers for the right price as custom fodder.
I've seen Johnson, but know nothing about them.....
