This is a nice looking model with the natural maple neck and blue body with all brass hardware.

Blue Phoenixes are my particular fetish... but I'm not going to bid it through the ceiling if an EFer who doesn't have any blue Phoenixes wants it. Anybody?

I'm on it from go - Love the x140- I have a pre - phoenix natural and it 's not as heavy as my MIJ strat (Squier) but it kicks. I never thiought I would get rid of the Squier (great neck fender noiseless pups) but the x 140 - like all Electra's , rules. I will buy this one

Dude. you 3 x189 's Get over it. I sold my X185 cause it was too hot for me to handle - Guess what? I regret it and am now on the lookout for another.

Many thanks to Jead. I had been tracking this one as the starting bid dropped a couple of times. I pleaded my case that I don't have ANY Phoenix guitars (I started out as an MPC-guy)... Jead graciously backed out of the auction.

I was hoping it would stay under 2 bills, but I'm not feeling any buyer's remorse. I'll try to figure out how to post pics when she arrives.

I think you probably needed it more than I did :) Sure is a purty one though. Let us know how she is when you get her.
