Switchmaster knobs.... on an Electra!! Those, my friend, are as rare as rockinghorse poo; they do occasionally pop up on eBay, but the Electras generally had black speed knobs, I thought??

That's how mine is, too. It's that strange crossover period where you see variations happenin'. I like the older knobs better!

Well, i have a little time on my hands so i thought i'd share some pics of my Invicta (and didn't want to start a new thread). Some of the tuners still have a plastic factory seal on them. This baby never leaves my house, although she gets plenty of playing time here! I love seeing pictures of all your guitars, hope you all dig 'em!

Wow, that's worthy of being used as a reference material photo there! It looks like a new Invicta :hyper: what a great find! Sweet looking wood on that one, one of the nicest I'd seen.

I really want to hear one of these, if you're feeling up to it, post a vid on Youtube or something!

Thanks for the kind words guys. Like i said, i got real lucky on this one. Got her on ebay a few years ago and the pictures were real small and grainy. I had a gut feeling and went with it, darn glad i did! :) The OHSC is in just as good shape, needless to say i was pretty stunned upon recieving her! Sounds just incredible, simple electronics compared to my X199 but i love the coil split. I've never posted on Utube, but my son has an account so maybe i'll give her a whirl soon. :toopid:
