This would make an interesting project. Looks to have been routed out maybe for 2 humbuckers. Needs pickguard and other parts also but could be made into a nice custom guitar or maybe a restoration. :look: :look:

the humbucker routing on this one is stock. there were 2 different (at least) Electra DA copies....
the one that was closest to the original had the slide in pickup, but the other had 2 solid mounted hb's...

I think I have a post somewhere with the model number differences, etc....

That is very interesting reading there. I have never really reasearched these models much. Thanks for the info. That is good news as that means this one could be restored to original configuration if someone can find or fabricate the pickguard and controls.
