Nice Axe MrBreeze. The Crate Electra models were models produced after the Electra line at SLM ended and they are I believe still available today. Most of these were made in Asia or Korea. Welcome to the forums

Thanks! I paid $200 for the guitar, case, and a Line 6 Spider II 30 watt boat anchor. First thing I did was take it to a luthier who inspected and set it up. He told me it appeared to be solid mahogany (maybe nato?) with a thin maple cap. The pick ups are really hot and it plays like silk and there's hardly a scratch on it

that is a nice looking burst!

Very warm and fuzzy hues there. Something about a black border on a burst always accentuates it to my eyes.
