They're an odd looking thing, mate; they really are!! Shame about the surgery on the instrument; do you want me to put the word out about the clamps on Westone??

Like that Dynasty bass. though.... :up:

I'm gonna hold onto the clamps for now... the last quantum I did was missing the top part...

Whoa, having never seen one up close I didn't know that the neck had been chopped like that Mick, sorry about that. Are you having buyers remorse? The new lock does look pretty heavy duty, and it's anybodies guess why the original owner would have gone to these lengths to replace it. At least the serial number was spared.

I still think it looks striking in white, especially that upper cutaway bout, if you can call it that. Reminds me of an Iceberg.

Oh no. No remorse. I like it. Yes, this string lock is much better than stock. It looks the same as the ABM lock that came as part of the 4 bill headless set i put on the orange one ( just the tuners and bridge were used.)

Never really got to look at that tip at that angle before.

Adds an element of danger to that body almost... I like it! :hyper:
