just bought a electra 2245 off c/l so the guy is a saying it is a late 1970s made guitar ?? it does have the open book headstock..was wondering if anyone does any history on this particular model..will post pics as soon as I can figure out the process tnx in advance.............jerry

If it has the full open book headstock then best bet for production date is between 1972-1976 hard to say without the photos.

have any idea on what they are trending for ?? just thought the guitar was a great looking one hope it sounds as good as it looks ...tnx for the reply.

Would need good photos of it with all angles and control cavity etc to determine model type and originality etc. Market is currently down on most models now unless a special prototype or one off but all depends on the buyer as usual.
