They are easy to play. Something about the slim neck and frets. If you can get one with the original tremolo solid block they really have some tone. Still have not decided just what the push pull is doing. Those old graphite nuts still work too.

Yeah, mate; I've never met a Phoenix/Spectrum I didn't like... although the skinny frets take a bit of getting used to!!

Still use mine all the time! Although, mine has a bone nut. The saddles and pickups are also no longer stock. As for the push/pull, if I remember right, it reverses the phase of the pickups when the selector switch is in the 2 and 4 position...I think.

... and a search of Guitar Centre turns up nothing either! Perhaps you've got to be in North America to view GC stock??
