I want to post pics from a file on my computer and can't figure out how to do it. THANKS

Another way is to sign up for a free account for either Flickr, Photobucket or other .com services that allow you to create your own photo folders and provide easy click-and-upload buttons to their site. From there, you just copy the website link once the image is viewable on your computer and paste that link into the forum text box (such as this one!)

Photobucket and other services now require paid subscriptions in order to host pictures there - so you can't use them for free.

At this time (2017) you can use IMGUR for free and it works. Google it if you need to. It is like photobucket was but is still free to use.

Steps:
1) Create an Imgur account and move your stuff to that (or upload your new pictures to that).
2) click your image at Imgur, and choose 2nd option, Direct Link, and it copies the link to your clipboard
3) Go back to Electra page and chose IMG option, and then paste (right click and paste or press <ctrl><v>)

Then you should be good to go.

I am moving all of my pics off of photobucket. It was nice while it lasted, but no longer.
