I'm leaning towards the last one, the white. Don't think the colors go with the tobacco sunburst, myself. Any of the neutrals you show (white, black, white/black) look better to me.

You mentioned changing the knobs, why and what're you looking for?

Good luck with it, looks like good progress so far.

let's just say a couple of the knobs were casualties of the restoration

I want to put speed knobs back on it...
