Wow! It looks like you could surf with that thing! What a great shape, too!

That is a very nice example of an early Raider II Bass in Yellow/Blue Sparkle, you do not seen many of these.

Be careful not to cut yourself on those sharp edges :)

what kind of knobs would this originally have had?. it's got little bell/hat shaped one with V and T on the tops... don't really seem original to me given the rest of the components....

I've got some proper gold knobs on the way now, and I replaced the jack, and cleaned the pots...
1/2 turn on the truss rod, and it's much better now.

I was able to snag a westone case off eBay, but it's a case for a Dimension 4 Bass, and the Raider won't fit without some modifications....

ooh... what a rare case!

can you modify it so it could be restored? (you never know when a DimIV bass may show up- way more often than the case for one, I'll tell ya that.)

lovely bass man, congrats!

well, the "form fitting" bottom section is just styrofoam, and it's already damaged....

some of the angles are a bit different. I'll take a look at it again later...

messing with the bass again, and it still has too much neck relief...
so maybe tomorrow, off with the neck again.....
