Wow, that's insane! I think the absolute highest I ever saw was high 600's with most being in the 400's. And to think in 1998 you could get as many X330's as you wanted for under 200 bucks a piece!

no doubt... now..... if i could just do as well marketing my X350......

I am not 100% sure, but I could have sworn I saw that auction with a BIN of $580...

that sounds about right. there was 2 up when this one started. one had a BIN of $450.

this fellow and i emailed back and forth about another issue and i am now waiting to hear back from him on it... i will ask him next time i email him...

no doubt he is glad the BIN disappeared with the first bid... i hope for his sake too that the winning bidder doesn't turn out to be a smuck and not follow through.... and i need to know his secret, because i would sure like to sell my x350 (which i think is in even better shape than his x330) for that kind of money...

Something is just not right here. These guitars have never sold for over 600 bucks (more often than not $350-$400) and now one spikes at $1280?!?! Something very fishy about this if you ask me.

Well, the guitar in question was a very early MPC and in spectacular condition with 4 modules and OHSC and it has a flamey top too...but still, double what any X330 has ever fetched on eBay? The suspicious side of me says what the heck is going on here? Another 1 or 2 sell for near that and we may be looking at a new starting point

yeah. the other x-330 that sold the same day, had the gib headstock, original case and 2 modules, and only went for $412.50
