Thanks for all the emails etc on the 335 body I just scored last night on Ebay would not have found it if not for you guys showing me it. Need another favor on those who have the 335 copies like the 2228, 2229 etc. I need close up of how the trem arm attaches and what kind of arm. Bigsby I know but these attach different.

Here is what mine looks like

PM me if you are still looking for this information. I can take pics as well as walk you through it. It's really quite simple once you wrap your mind around it. Based on the pics you are missing two parts; the spring (I'm assuming you already know that) and the male/female connector pair that fix the arm to the tailpiece. The bottom nut and bolt pair of the tailpiece that rests against the guitar are merely a height adjustment for your arm (dictating how far away the arm exists from the guitar itself). The spring sits right on this, and the male/female nut and bolt pair (the same pair that affix the arm to the tailpiece) reside within the spring when assembled. The basic idea being mostly to insure the spring stays in place while your wanking on the arm. This is really not that different from other bigsby configurations, and I hope I didn't just reiterate what you already knew. Just thought i'd go through the quick run-down for the sake of being complete. Anywho, if you are indeed missing those parts, I think a thought out trip to the hardware store ought to do the trick until you can get your hands on the real deal.

Boring day at work ;) http://www.axiomatic-music.co.uk/acatalog/Bigsby_Vibrato_Tailpieces.html That nut and bolt set looks alot like what you could get at the hardware store, but that's on you. Spring wise I have found a few different sites. Just google "bigsby replacement spring" and take your pick.
