Lots of wrong info here. The serial number firmly dates it as 4/81. And it's an X650 Phoenix, I believe- this makes me realize I haven't finished entering the bass models into the site- oops!

Way overpriced. HAlf that is ambitious.

Neat project for a bass player. Definitely originally natural finish, you can see the swamp ash through the paint. SHould be very easy to strip the spray paint off. Too bad about teh bridge, but whatever. Lots of little details to improve, and i bet it's a good player.
